ADD-ON SPACECRAFT INFO

EUROPA CLIPPER
3-axis Rotational RCS, not balanced. No Linear RCS
Main engine 220N (8 x RCS)
Momentum wheels for rotation control(3-axis)
Solar arrays auto sun-tracking after deployment
Auto HGA->Earth pointing attitude
Auto EIS->Target pointing attitude

EUROPA IMAGING SYSTEM (EIS)
If you use the D3D9 Graphics Client for Orbiter, you can save images from the EIS point-of-view.
Images are saved as a .bmp in your Orbiter/Images/EuropaClipper folder.

Imaging functions can be disabled in europa_clipper.cfg using the line:
DisableImaging = true

EIS has two cameras:
Wide Angle Camera (WAC) 24 x 48 deg fov
Narrow Angle Camera (NAC) 1.2 x 2.4 deg fov
Both cameras point along the spacecraft +Y axis

You can select either camera for imaging.
EIS view is available from the spacecraft cockpit view by pressing E.

AUTO imaging mode:
Designed to take a sequence of images during close flyby, covering a continuous swathe of surface of the selected target.
Start or stop imaging by pressing B.

NOTE: Using the NAC during AUTO imaging produces many images!! Beware of data overload!

Controls:
Alt+NumPad = Momentum Wheel Rotation Control
Alt+NumPad5 = Momentum Wheel Kill-Rotation
V = HGA->Earth Pointing On/Off (attitude locked)
P = EIS->Tgt Pointing On/Off (attitude locked)
Alt+P = Select EIS Target Planet/Moon
E = Set Cockpit View: Normal / EIS (+Y)

G = Deploy Solar Arrays (auto sun tracking when deployed)
J = Open Science Instrument Covers
K = Deploy Reason Antennae
N = Deploy Magnetometer Boom

Imaging
W = Select Camera: WAC or NAC
B = Aquire Image (or start/stop imaging in AUTO mode)
M = Imaging Mode: Single or AUTO

Data:
Empty Mass		3241kg
Propellant Mass       		2750kg
